BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division, Japan, has announced the latest product in its original mecha girl assembly model series, "30 MINUTES SISTERS": "Luluce (Lily Wear) [Color C]", scheduled for release in February 2026.
The "30 MINUTES SISTERS" series is an original beautiful girl assembly model product line launched by BANDAI SPIRITS, featuring character and armament designs by talented designers such as Shimada Fumikane, Yanase Takayuki, and Ebi Kawa Kanetake. The products center around unique character bodies, which can be combined with separately sold accessories like expressions, hairstyles, bodies, and armaments. Utilizing the series' common 3mm peg standard, players can freely customize and create their own sisters without any processing.
Luluce, designed by mechanical designer Yanase Takayuki, was the third character released in the "30 MINUTES SISTERS" series in 2021, featuring a charming design that combines brown skin with a tanuki motif. After 4 years of development, Luluce has finally been remade using the latest technology, with Yanase Takayuki also redesigning her new look. Compared to the initial version's emphasis on mechanical details, the new version showcases a sleek, fabric-like armor design and incorporates more prominent tanuki-themed armaments.
The kit utilizes parts with rich molded colors to thoroughly reproduce her healthy brown skin, white armor, and tanuki-themed armaments composed of two shades of brown. The entire body's joints have also been significantly redesigned to better maintain the aesthetic silhouette of the body. Accessories include three pre-painted face parts for replacement. The tanuki tail-like component on her back can have its tip detached and used as a hammer-type weapon, and the skirt armor on both thighs can also be moved to her hands to be used as gauntlets.
