BANDAI CANDY, the popular Shokugan product division of Japan's Bandai Co., Ltd., has announced the latest product from the mobile game "SD Gundam G Generation Eternal," the "DRAGOON Strike Gundam," slated for release in March 2026.
The MBF-03+P208QX DRAGOON Strike Gundam appears in "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Recollection," an original story from "SD Gundam G Generation Eternal." After the "Second Battle of Jachin Due" in September C.E. 71, Kira Yamato, who had engaged the Providence Gundam, learned of the "DRAGOON System" and proposed an experimental plan to the Earth Alliance Forces. This mobile suit was ultimately completed in Orb.
The main body was constructed using spare parts from the Strike Rouge, possessing performance equivalent to its prototype, the "GAT-X105 Strike Gundam," and equipped with a high-energy beam rifle and anti-beam shield of the same specifications. The "P208QX DRAGOON Striker Pack" on its back is equipped with three fully detachable DRAGOONs, each housing a beam cannon, providing exceptionally powerful firepower. To address potential energy supply issues, several batteries are mounted underneath. The combat experience Kira gained piloting this machine was later utilized when he piloted the "Strike Freedom Gundam," which also featured the DRAGOON System.
The "G-FRAME FA DRAGOON Strike Gundam" is based on modifications of previously released Strike Gundam series mobile suits, with the main body design being fundamentally similar, featuring high-density detailing and a flexible movable frame design. The game-original "DRAGOON Striker Pack" is entirely newly sculpted, faithfully reproducing its blue and yellow color separation and movable mechanisms. Furthermore, all three DRAGOONs and 16 battery parts are fully detachable, allowing for free assembly and disassembly to recreate various combat scenes.
Accessories include the standard armaments of the original Strike Gundam: a high-energy beam rifle, anti-beam shield, beam saber, Armor Schneider, and more, along with a dedicated display stand and clear supports, allowing for the recreation of scenes where the three DRAGOON beam cannons are fired.
Furthermore, by ordering this product during the pre-order period, customers will receive a bonus serial code for use in the "SD Gundam G Generation Eternal" game, which can be redeemed for items such as "Guaranteed SSR Unit Supply Ticket x1," "Title: DRAGOON System," and "Premium Unit Supply Ticket x1."
