Japanese model maker Megahouse has announced the latest product from the manga "Gintama" in its "Character Piggy Bank" series: the "Character Piggy Bank Standard Gin-Zabeth", scheduled for release in March 2026.
The Gin-Zabeth released this time is Sakata Gintoki's disguise as a Renho alien in the "Renho Arc" of "Gintama". Along with Kagura, Katsura, Sakamoto, and others, he becomes a subordinate of General Eren (Elizabeth filling in for the week), infiltrating the Renho tribe's ship to stop leader Metako's attempt to invade Earth.
The "Character Piggy Bank Standard Gin-Zabeth" is produced at a height of 13 cm. The sculpt faithfully recreates Gintoki's signature dead-fish eyes and silver natural perm wig, and features a lazy pose, sitting on the ground with one hand propping up his head, fully showcasing the personality of Gintoki, the person inside. Furthermore, the wig part features a movable design; lift the wig to find the coin slot and start saving! The internal space can hold 50 Japanese 500-yen coins.
