Japan's M.I.C. Co., Ltd. (Kabushiki-gaisha M.I.C.)'s original toy brand "DIG" (Dī Ai Jī), under its small-scale articulated figure series "DIGACTION," has launched a new product based on the popular anime/manga "Baki Hanma" — the "Baki Hanma" articulated figure. It has a suggested retail price of 6,050 JPY and is scheduled for release in February 2026!
"Baki" is a martial arts manga by Japanese manga artist Keisuke Itagaki, serialized in "Weekly Shōnen Champion" since 1991. As of 2023, five series have been completed, and the sixth series is also currently being serialized. The absurd yet intense fighting scenes and interesting settings in the story have been loved by many fans for years, and it has also undergone multiple anime adaptations, creating many amusing and widely discussed memes!
This "Baki Hanma" 1/24 scale articulated figure is sculpted based on his appearance from the "Strongest Father-Son Fight" arc. Standing approximately 7 cm tall, Baki's musculature is intricately sculpted and reproduced despite its smaller-than-palm size. The facial details are precisely printed and replicated. The paintwork, combined with the exquisite sculpting, showcases a lean physique that exudes a powerful aura! The entire body features over 20 points of articulation, with shoulders utilizing butterfly joints, arms and knees featuring double joints, and articulation also present in the ankles and feet, allowing for flexible recreation of fighting poses with the included interchangeable hands and expression parts!
Furthermore, from the product images, one can also spot the figure of the strongest creature on Earth. It's quite exciting!
