Japanese gashapon manufacturer Kitan Club (キタンクラブ) has launched a very interesting gashapon product—the "Crocodiles Forming a Circle (Wa ni naru Wani)" gashapon. The suggested retail price is 300 JPY per capsule, and it is expected to be released in late April 2026!
This "Crocodiles Forming a Circle" series is inspired by the Japanese pun between "forming a circle" (輪になる, Wa ni naru) and "crocodile" (ワニ, Wa-ni). The crocodiles are designed with cute poses, raising both hands, so that when they hold hands and line up, they can form a large circle! The gashapon features six types: green, yellow, red, purple, blue, and pink. Sculpted at approximately 4.5 cm tall, the crocodile's form is faithfully reproduced, meticulously showcasing details such as the bumpy texture of its back and the lines on its belly. Its plump, rounded physique, combined with a slightly surreal yet undeniably cute expression, makes the sight of them forming a circle incredibly therapeutic!
