The popular action figure series "S.H.Figuarts," released by TAMASHII NATIONS, the collectors' toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., has officially announced the latest product from the tokusatsu series "Kamen Rider ZEZTZ," "Kamen Rider ZEZTZ Catastrophic Form," slated for release in December 2026. This product will be exclusively sold on Bandai's official online store, PREMIUM BANDAI.
"Kamen Rider ZEZTZ Catastrophic Form," which first appeared in Episode 22, is a transitional form achieved by the protagonist, Manzumo, when his distrust of the CODE organization and the conflict between his ideals and reality led him to unleash the latent power of the Nightmare Messenger within, manifesting as the "Double Nightmare Capsule," which he then used to transform. In this form, the initial four elemental attributes representing "Body," "Civilization," "Spirit," and "Dimension" are entirely redirected towards "Collapse," replaced by immense power fueled by destructive desires. All overall stats are approximately doubled compared to the previous enhanced form, "Lightning Plasma."
The "S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider ZEZTZ Catastrophic Form" is crafted with an articulated specification, standing approximately 15 cm tall. Its sculpt meticulously recreates the muscular, significantly powered-up physique, as well as the textures and wrinkles reminiscent of the suit from the show. Rich metallic paintwork is applied to convey the feel of heavy armor. The driver on the chest also faithfully reproduces the intricate molding and colors after loading the "Double Nightmare Capsule," and the removal mechanism from the show is also recreated.
With a joint design that minimizes visible joint gaps, the neck, torso, and limbs can be posed flexibly, allowing for the recreation of powerful battle poses from the show, featuring high damage from the left punch and even higher damage from the right punch. Accessories also include the dedicated weapon "TRIPLE ZEZTZER," which allows the "Double Nightmare Capsule" to be detached from the chest and loaded into it, recreating the pose for unleashing the special move "Ultimate Over Finish!"
