The latest product, "Arhan," from the 'MODEROID' assembly model series by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, was announced today, scheduled for release in January 2023, based on the anime《Expelled from Paradise -Expelled from Paradise-》.
Arhan is a mobile exoskeleton armor distributed to agents by the Deva Central Security Bureau. It assumes a spherical shape in standby mode and deploys into a bipedal humanoid form upon activation. Its arms conceal fixed beam guns, and it utilizes carried armaments such as assault rifles and blades. This unit can connect to Deva's communication satellites to obtain computational data, enabling it to exhibit outstanding combat capabilities. However, since most of its functions rely on external assistance, it becomes an immobile piece of scrap metal if its back communication antenna is destroyed.
The "MODEROID Arhan" kit is constructed using multi-color molded parts and stickers. Once completed, it can fully transform between its standby and activated forms without any leftover parts. Each joint is designed to offer a certain range of articulation, allowing for various combat poses using parts such as the assault rifle, blade, and interchangeable hand parts. The arms come with two interchangeable styles: "proportion-focused arms" and "thruster deployment." The proportion-focused arms can deploy the beam gun using replacement parts.
