American-style collectible manufacturer Sideshow Collectibles' "Premium Format Figure" product line recently announced a new release from MARVEL comics: the "Wolverine: Ronin" full body statue! Estimated shipping date is August-November 2023.
This 61.6 cm tall "Wolverine" statue captures a highly dynamic battle pose, with Logan's right hand extended in a claw attack and his left hand wielding the Muramasa Blade. Even pierced by multiple arrows, he fiercely charges forward! This fully conveys his impulsive, courageous, and fearless character traits. The styling is also very impressive; unlike his familiar yellow and blue signature battle suit, Logan appears in this Ronin form clad in Japanese samurai armor, with his hair tied in a topknot. In addition to the finely sculpted three-dimensional carvings, emblems, and ties, the red and purple accents add rich layers to the overall look. The depiction of muscle lines, shadow effects, and fur is also incredibly realistic.
