BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division in Japan has announced the latest product in their original plastic model kit series "30 MINUTES MISSIONS," which features quick assembly, easy customization, and fully showcases the appeal of mass-produced machines. The "30MM 1/144 EXM-E7r Spinatia (Reaper Specification)" is scheduled for release in February 2023.
EXM-E7 Spinatia and EXM-A9 Spinatio are set as mass-produced machines for a "third force" outside of the "Earth Alliance Army" and "Byron Army." Designed by Kanetake Ebikawa, the Spinatia is the 30MM series' first female-type body, boasting a slender, flexible, and elegant physique akin to the human form. Its armor is also lighter than other units, allowing it to be equipped with various Japanese-style melee weapons.
The "30MM 1/144 EXM-E7r Spinatia (Reaper Specification)" continues the previously released Spinatia body, utilizing some new parts to recreate its stance wielding a battle axe and equipped with a demonic wing-like backpack. The body and armor can be freely combined and detached, and the battle axe's blade can be removed to transform it into a spear form. The kit does not use a snap-fit embedded design, further enhancing its range of motion and ease of assembly. The entire unit features universal 3mm joint compatibility, allowing for customization with separately sold 30MM and 30MS series parts.
