The "MODEROID" series of assembly models, launched by Japan's MECHA SMILE brand, will release its latest product from "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition", the "MODEROID EVANGELION Unit-01". It will have a suggested retail price of 3,700 JPY and is expected to be released in May 2023.
The basic assembly model, "MODEROID EVANGELION Unit-01", is sculpted based on its appearance in the anime "Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition". Standing approximately 16.5 cm tall, its entire body features flexible articulation at various joints, allowing it to recreate a wide range of dynamic poses from the series!
The kit faithfully reproduces the intricate details of the frame and the armor panel lines. With six molded colors—purple, green, gray, black, red, and orange—along with pre-painted parts and decals, the colors from the series are accurately recreated, allowing for an assembly that closely resembles its on-screen appearance! Additionally, it comes with the powerful Cassius Spear and a Barrett rifle, perfect for recreating classic confrontation scenes.
