Japan's renowned model developer PLUM will release a 1/60 scale model kit of the protagonist fighter jet, the "Legend Silver Hawk Burst" (レジェンドシルバーホークバースト), from the famous 2D shooting game "DARIUSBURST CS" in May 2023!
"DARIUS" (Japanese: ダライアス, English: DARIUS) is a horizontal scrolling shooter game developed by TAITO. It first launched on arcade platforms in February 1987, featuring a unique cabinet design that combined three screens horizontally to create an ultra-wide shooting display, offering an incredibly immersive experience. A major characteristic of the series is that the enemy BOSS characters are almost all aquatic creatures. The prominent "WARNING!" message that appears during battles is also very memorable.
Since its debut, the series has accumulated numerous titles. The latest, "DARIUSBURST CS CORE", was just released as a digital download on the Nintendo Switch platform in October 2022.
