Japan's TAKARA TOMY company's toy brand T-ARTS will release a new capsule toy this November, themed after the classic comedy animation "Tom and Jerry," called the "Yummy Food Collection" (Yummy Food コレクション)! Each capsule will cost 300 Japanese Yen.
This series combines Tom and Jerry with exquisite food models, creating fun and interesting designs in sizes ranging from 4.5 to 5.5 cm. For example, the "Tom Sandwich" and "Jerry Sandwich" figures fully capture their classic comedic deformation charm from the animation. Not only are their bodies flattened, but their expressions are also very dramatic – the tongue-out Tom and the bewildered Jerry are both highly amusing! Next is "Jerry Sleeping on a Cream Soda," with a cherry on his head. The last figure features the little gray mouse "Tuffy," who occasionally joins them. Sandwiched in a fruit sandwich, he isn't flattened but looks completely defenseless, almost sinking into the cream – absolutely adorable!
