Japanese model manufacturer GOOD SMILE COMPANY's MECHA SMILE, a model toy brand focused on robots and mecha, will hold its new product announcement event 'MECHA SMILE IMPACT 2024 WINTER' on December 9th, and has preemptively announced the sales information for its commemorative product: "MODEROID EVA Unit-01 Metallic Type Ver."!
Based on the plastic model kit "MODEROID EVANGELION Unit-01", this limited edition "MODEROID EVA Unit-01 Metallic Type Ver." has been upgraded to a deluxe specification through metallic paint and electroplating, giving its signature purple and green color scheme a more mechanical texture. It also includes the powerful Cassius Spear and sniper rifle armaments, allowing you to recreate the scene from the final chapter of the New Theatrical Edition, "Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time", where it confronts Unit-13 with the spear!
