Japan's Bandai Gashapon division, themed after the popular game "Monster Hunter," is releasing an exciting new series: "Monster Hunter Capture Squad." There are 4 types in total, with a reference price of 500 JPY per capsule, expected to launch in late December 2023.
Based on the concept of capturing monsters, Bandai's "Monster Hunter Capture Squad" meticulously sculpts the monsters in their defeated, sprawled-out poses, all within an approximate 6 cm size. The series features four popular monsters: Magnamalo, Zinogre, Mizutsune, and Khezu. Details such as the monsters' fur and scales are intricately rendered, and the vibrant color application is also well-executed. The bases are designed to resemble the sandy terrain of the game world, making the monsters look pitiful yet adorable as they lie there, ready for capture at any moment!
