Bandai's popular GASHAPON capsule toy brand, under its acclaimed "Waiting (まちぼうけ)" series, is set to release its latest product: the 'Doraemon Waiting' capsule toy collection. Each capsule will be priced at 300 JPY, with a total of four designs available, scheduled for release in late December 2023.
Unlike the previous 'Waiting' series, which often conveyed a sense of longing and subtle melancholy, this 'Doraemon Waiting' capsule toy collection infuses the relaxed, carefree atmosphere of Doraemon's childhood. It features four characters: Doraemon, Dorami, Nobita, and Shizuka. At approximately 3 cm in size, each figure captures a leisurely scene, as if waiting by a riverside meadow for the sunset or for friends to play. Each character's adorable sitting pose reflects their unique personality, whether it's Doraemon's squinting, pouting expression, Nobita's half-closed eyes, or Shizuka's kneeling posture – all are incredibly vivid and charming! This is a must-collect set to display them all sitting together!
