TAMASHII NATIONS, the collector's toy division of Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Co., has launched a new product under its S.H.Figuarts action figure brand, based on the popular anime "One Piece"—the "Tony Tony Chopper -Drum Island-" action figure! It has a suggested retail price of 4,400 JPY and is scheduled for release in May 2026!
Born on Drum Island, Chopper is a reindeer who ate the Human-Human Fruit. He was naturally ostracized by his kind due to his blue nose, and his transformed appearance after eating the Human-Human Fruit caused him to be driven away by the herd. He didn't feel warmth until he met the quack doctor, Dr. Hiluluk. After Hiluluk's death, Chopper studied under Dr. Kureha, aspiring to become a doctor who could cure all diseases, and after meeting Luffy and his crew, he was invited by Nami to become their ship doctor.
This "Tony Tony Chopper -Drum Island-" action figure stands approximately 7.5 cm tall, recreating his appearance from his first introduction while incorporating the cuter design he gradually adopted later! The sculpting faithfully reproduces his fluffy body, iconic pink hat, and blue backpack. The hat is removable, and two interchangeable face parts offer different display options. It can be stably displayed using a dedicated stand, and can be paired with the previously released five crew members to recreate various playful and touching scenes!
This release also continues the S.H.Figuarts One Piece series' tradition by including an interchangeable face part for Luffy, which can be displayed with the previously released "Monkey D. Luffy -The Dawn of Adventure-"!
