Japan's BANDAI SPIRITS Hobby Division has officially announced the latest product from the anime *The King of Braves* under its "HG (High Grade)" model kit series: the "HG Gekiryujin"! The reference price is 7,150 JPY, and it is scheduled for release in February 2026!
Roar, O Divine Gale! Rumble, O Thunderous Light!
Appearing in *The King of Braves*, Gekiryujin is formed through the Symmetrical Docking of the twin robots FuRyu and RaiRyu. Combining the power of both machines, it can unleash the "Twin-Headed Dragon" special move, which releases wind and thunder energy simultaneously, and is hailed as the strongest combat robot on Earth!
The "HG Gekiryujin" model kit is brought to life with an all-new sculpt. Utilizing multi-color molded parts, clear parts, and stickers, you can assemble the two Brave Robots, FuRyu and RaiRyu, with their rich mechanical designs and colors. Their special equipment, the Mixer and the Electromagnetic Crane, are thoroughly recreated. Through a "System Change" transformation mechanism using dedicated parts, they can transform between their robot modes and their vehicle modes of a concrete mixer and a dump truck! RaiRyu's exclusive weapon, the Electromagnetic Gun, is also included.
By rearranging parts, FuRyu and RaiRyu can recreate the Symmetrically Docked Gekiryujin. Its extensive range of articulation allows for dynamic battle poses that closely resemble its appearance in the anime, recreating unforgettable special move scenes! When combined with the separately sold "HG ChoRyuJin", you can form "GenRyuJin" and "GoRyuJin", completing the mix-and-match combinations of the four brothers!
