Japan's GOOD SMILE COMPANY's popular product series "Nendoroid (ねんどろいど)" has announced its latest product from Kohei Horikoshi's "My Hero Academia" series: "Endeavor" (エンデヴァー)! It is scheduled for release in July 2024.
Endeavor, real name "Enji Todoroki," initially presented an arrogant, fierce, and cold image, and was an absolutely terrible father. Due to All Might's existence, he had always been the NO.2 Pro Hero. Although he finally ascended to the long-desired NO.1 position after the Kamino Ward incident and All Might's retirement, Endeavor's mindset also began to change. He not only asked All Might, "What exactly is the Symbol of Peace...?", but his attitude towards his family and his supporting fans gradually softened and became more sincere. Furthermore, in the fierce battle against the High-End Nomu, he displayed his indomitable spirit, fighting relentlessly even when at a disadvantage.
The "Nendoroid Endeavor" stands approximately 10 cm tall. The overall design is based on his appearance after the fierce battle with the High-End Nomu, featuring the scar on his left face. It faithfully recreates the blazing flames on his face and feet, with the flames around his eyes even having a cool translucent effect at their tips. It comes with a serious "Indifferent Face" for his usual demeanor, an excited, roaring "Combat Face," and a "Worn-out Face" showing his inner turmoil, allowing for a wide range of expressive poses. In addition to the orange-red stripes on his combat suit, the metallic texture of his shoulder pads and forearm guards is also excellent. Paired with the flame jet effects that can be attached to his feet and the "BWAM!" dialogue plate, you can recreate even more dynamic battle scenes.
