Hong Kong toy brand threezero's 1/6 scale articulated figure "FigZero" series has announced its latest product from the hugely popular anime "Chainsaw Man," "FigZero Makima," with a suggested retail price of 20,330 JPY, expected to be released in Q2 2024!
Makima (マキマ) is the superior of the protagonist Denji, and a Devil Hunter directly under the Cabinet Chief Secretary. Her personality is elusive, and her background is quite mysterious. During a routine zombie devil hunt, she discovered Denji and used an embrace to revert his fiend form back to normal, recruiting him into the Public Safety Devil Hunters, which made Denji deeply infatuated with her. While appearing gentle, she is in fact a cold-blooded individual who refers to her subordinates as "dogs" and is indifferent to sacrificing them.
The "FigZero Makima" 1/6 scale articulated figure stands approximately 11 inches (28 cm) tall and features 32 points of articulation throughout its body. It faithfully recreates Makima's signature shirt uniform, distinctive pink hair, and ringed eyes. Her braid is made of soft PVC with an embedded metal wire, allowing for arbitrary posing. It comes with two interchangeable face plates: a standard expression and a smiling expression, along with six sets of interchangeable hands and accessories such as beer and a lollipop, allowing for various scene recreations from the series! The outfit includes a white shirt, trousers, a tie, and a long coat, all made from fabric. The hem of the coat also contains a metal wire, allowing its flared shape to be adjusted freely with different poses.
